In the Huddle Room type of conference room design, in view of its compact space and the pursuit of simple and efficient audio and video communication needs, we have carefully created a set of systematic solutions, specifically covering the following key aspects:
Local Pickup and Remote Transmission: Since Huddle Room type conference rooms generally do not do local sound reinforcement, we choose a single high-performance omni-directional microphone, which is designed to be optimized for the small space, and is able to accurately capture the clear vocals of the participants, and ensure that the sound signals are transmitted to the remote end without any loss through high-efficiency encoding technology.
Echo Cancellation and Sound Reinforcement: For the processing part, we adopt NLP series professional digital audio processor, which integrates advanced AEC (Acoustic Echo Cancellation) technology to eliminate local echoes and background noises in real time and accurately. At the same time, through its built-in USB sound card interface, seamless connection with the OPS computer to realize remote signal local sound reinforcement.
Convenient control and signal management: We are equipped with a high-definition camera for capturing local conference images. At the same time, NLP series processors also provide a highly customizable user interface, through the wireless iPad can achieve full control of the audio signal, including volume adjustment, sound selection, etc., which greatly simplifies the operation process and makes conference management more convenient.
High efficiency and simplicity: We adhere to the design concept of “less is more”, and realize local screen casting, remote audio and video calls and screen sharing with the most streamlined equipment configuration, which not only saves space, but also reduces costs.
Cost-effective: The combination of full-duplex AEC processing technology and cost-effective solutions creates high-definition voice effects for users.
Convenient Integration: Our NLP series digital audio processor has a built-in USB sound card and customized user interface features, which supports quick access and flexible control to enhance conference efficiency.
In the small conference room teleconference design, we integrated professional audio processing, sound reinforcement, sound pickup and control solutions. Using digital audio processor, independent microphone, active POE column and wall/wireless control, we aim to create an efficient, clear and convenient conference environment for users.
Pickup system: We choose independent analog signal microphone as the pickup device for each speaker to ensure that in the case of more participants and larger space, each speaker's voice can be clearly picked up and transmitted to the far end. Compared with omnidirectional microphone, this configuration can better meet the high requirements of sound clarity and directivity.
Sound Reinforcement System: Two active PoE column speakers are configured, which are connected to the PoE switch through the network cable to realize the integration of signal transmission and power supply. This design not only simplifies the wiring, but also improves the stability and reliability of the system. The sound pressure level of the speakers can meet the use of small meeting rooms and ensure even and clear sound coverage.
Control System: Provides NCP-1 wall control panel and wireless iPad customized user interface, allowing users to freely select and control the various functions of the conference system.
Video System: Equipped with a video camera for local picture shooting and transmission, and an OPS computer monitor for local picture display. This design makes video communication in remote video conferencing smoother and facilitates users to quickly start a meeting in a small conference room.
Clear Voice Transmission: The gating mixer technology of the digital audio processor mixes independent microphones, effectively reduces noise and removes echoes, ensuring clear voice in remote meetings. Even if many people speak, the voice can be transmitted accurately.
Efficient Sound Reinforcement System: Speaker digitization, PoE power transmission, simplify installation and maintenance, improve system performance. Active POE sound post speakers, even sound coverage, clear sound quality.
Flexible control: the combination of control panel and wireless mobile terminal, convenient control of the conference system at anytime and anywhere, enhance the convenience of the meeting and realize personalized conference experience.
Designed for medium and large conference rooms, we integrate all-digital audio processing, sound reinforcement, sound pickup, video and control to meet the needs of local and remote meetings. Using Dante transmission protocol, digital microphone, speaker combination and MDP processor, with customized interface, to create an intelligent, efficient and clear conference environment.
Sound pickup system: Dante digital microphone is used as the sound pickup device for local conference, supporting independent adjustment of volume and arbitrary sending of sound, realizing highly flexible sound pickup control.
Sound reinforcement system: Combined with ceiling speakers and column speakers, effectively covering the entire conference room venue. Through the Mix Minus technology of MDP series digital audio processor, it improves the sound transmission gain of the sound reinforcement system and ensures the sound is clear and easy to hear.
Video system: Configure 4 cameras, installed in different locations, through the MDP series processor's ATS technology to achieve voice tracking function, so that each participant in the remote video conference can enjoy the effect of one-to-one video calls. At the same time, the device is compatible with Type-C interface, supporting soft video conferencing or computer bidirectional capture.
Control system: supports custom user interface customization and is equipped with NCP-3 control panel for convenient control through the combination of LED display and knob.
All-digital audio reinforcement system: Adopting Dante transmission protocol and MDP series digital audio processor to build an all-digital audio reinforcement system, which simplifies project installation and maintenance and improves system stability and performance.
Highly flexible sound pickup and reinforcement: Independent Dante microphone and Poe speakers, routed through the Mix Minus mode of the mixing matrix of the MDP series processor, maximizing the local sound reinforcement gain, ensuring clear sound and comprehensive coverage.
Intelligent video tracking and interactive experience: integrated HDMI and Type-C interface of the MDP series processors, built-in ATS technology adaptive trigger camera tracking close-up screen effect, to achieve remote video conferencing face-to-face, 1-to-1 interactive experience.
Intelligent conference control: Gating mixer technology is adopted to ensure that no acoustic feedback phenomenon occurs when all microphones are turned on, together with adaptive camera tracking technology, making the conference more intelligent and efficient.
