Connect the processor to the switch network, open an IE browser, and enter the corresponding processor's IP address (if not changed, the default IP address is 169.254.10.227) to download the PC software.
Currently, cascading is only possible if both devices are Dante-enabled. Set up the Dante routing to cascade them.
Synchronize the online device templates and match the resolution. Typically, non-display issues occur when the image size is too large and exceeds the display area.
Open the DSP firmware upgrade tool, select the firmware package, search for online devices, check the desired devices, and start the upgrade. If a timeout error occurs during the upgrade, adjust the device IP to match the same subnet as the computer. If the upgrade completes but a timeout message appears, wait for 30 seconds, and a success notification will be displayed.
Open the control software and navigate to the "About" section. Use the Central Control Command Generator. For example, when you need the mute command, simply click the mute button to automatically generate the corresponding control code. Perform similar actions for other required commands.
